OUR MISSION

To provide funding resources for community development initiatives and engagement programs for the purpose of improving the quality of life for the residents of Gloucester City.

Founded in 2015, HCF has raised over $100,000 to support public service projects such as a public arts project, annual family holiday gift giving, and the city's Winter Wonderland Weekend

HCF works closely with the City's Department of Community Development to identify projects and programs. We hold various fundraising events throughout 

the year.
