OUR MISSION

To provide funding and resources for community development projects and engagement programs with the purpose of improving the quality of life for the residents of Gloucester City.

Since its founding in 2015, HCF has raised over $81,000 to support a public arts project, our annual family holiday gift card giving, and other public service initiatives.

HCF works closely with the City's Department of Community Development to identify projects and programs. We hold various fundraising events throughout 

the year.
